• Each individual may register only one account on MCGames.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred to any third party.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawing ৳10,000 or more.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.

MCGames accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer for deposits. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed separately on the platform.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly, but if there is a delay due to technical issues, it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Withdrawal requests on MCGames are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. However, larger amounts or requests requiring additional verification may take longer.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more cannot be processed without completed KYC verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• MCGames reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• MCGames does not charge any additional fees for processing withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile service provider may apply their own charges.

Once a bet placed on MCGames is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless the match is called off or a verified technical error occurs. All bets are settled in accordance with MCGames' official rules.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳50.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is not accepted during live betting due to odds changes, it will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• MCGames reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If evidence of match fixing or illegal activity is found, the full amount of the relevant bet(s) will be forfeited.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as 1.00 odds.

All MCGames bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback — come with specific wagering requirements. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 30× the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited, or they will expire.
• Each individual may participate in any single promotion only once.
• If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
• MCGames reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MCGames and will be treated as a violation of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Using bots, automated software, or unauthorised tools to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software.
• Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party.

MCGames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice under the following circumstances. If a breach of terms is established, the account balance may also be forfeited.

• If false identity information is provided.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded.
